Elderberries are a common go-to as a daily tonic during cold & flu season or acute remedies once an infection has set in. This is because they are naturally high in vitamins A, B, & C and have been found to have stimulating effects on the immune system. There's a ton of scientific research on these little berries, and if the science community is interested you know there must be something good happening. Just google it, you'll see!

The Ritual:

During the cold part of the year, take 1-2 dropperfuls or capfuls, 1-2x daily to stoke your immune system, may take more as needed.
