Yarrow // hydrosol

Yarrow hydrosol is antiseptic and anti-inflammatory, great for the first aid kit.

Yarrow mends and strengthens the energetic body so that you may feel protected while also nourishing strong personal boundaries. It's great for those who feel exhausted or "spacey" after being in crowds, those who feel they take on other energies. Just as yarrow is said to help stop the physical body from bleeding when applied topically, this energetic spray of Yarrow can help mend our aura helping create strong integrity, closing "leaky holes" and further supporting our energetic boundaries. 

Yarrow hydrosol is a key element in my personal herbal toolbox / first aid kit.

Ritual:

Spritz a cup of fresh water or use it as a body veil. Best used in the AM, before laving your sanctuary. I love to spray the back of my neck and chest area to create a shield from unwanted energy.

Also an amazing face toner.
